The following Terms and Conditions govern the manner in which SRI Federal Credit Union will provide enhanced Online Banking Services (Account Center Plus) including the Account Aggregation Service. The words "We," and "Us," and "Our" refer to SRI Federal Credit Union. The words "You" and "Your" refer to each person who agrees to the Disclosure and each account owner or other person authorized to transact business on any Credit Union account that may be accessed through the Our Online Banking Service. The words "Remote Financial Institution" and "RemoteFI" refer to any financial institution from which you choose to aggregate your accounts/loans utilizing Our Online Banking Service.

Account Information from Remote Financial Institutions

With the Service, You may direct us to retrieve (aggregate) your own account information maintained online by Your Remote Financial Institution(s). We make no effort to review the account information for accuracy. We are not responsible for the products and services offered by or on Remote Financial Institution sites. We are not responsible for any fees that Your Remote Financial Institution may charge you for accessing their service.

We can only aggregate account information from Remote Financial Institutions that have an OFX-enabled connection. We cannot foresee technical difficulties that may result in failure to retrieve account information. Connections to Remote Financial Institutions may be down from time to time and we are not responsible for any inability to gather account information during downtime.

Accurate records enable us to provide the Service to You. You must provide accurate and current information about Your Remote Financial Institution accounts as requested in Our “Add New Remote FI” setup form. In order for the Service to function effectively, you must also keep your information up to date and accurate on Our Remote Financial Institution maintenance form. If you do not do this, retrieval of your account information will fail due to bad login credentials.

By submitting to us your usernames, account numbers, passwords, PINs, and other login information through the Service, you are licensing these credentials to us solely for the purpose of providing the Service. By submitting these credentials to Us, You represent that you are entitled to submit it to us for use for this purpose, without any obligation by us to pay any fees that Your Remote Financial Institution may impose for this ability.

Not all OFX-enabled financial institutions allow connectivity with this Service. We cannot guarantee retrieval of information from any particular financial institution. Financial institutions may choose to participate in this type of service at their discretion. Therefore, it is possible that a financial institution that currently participates may stop participating at any future date without notification; this is out of our control. In addition, financial institutions sometimes merge, which may cause you to acquire new login credentials with that financial institution. This will require you to update your information in Our Remote Financial Institution maintenance form.
