Special Schedule & Information

The Credit Union Lobby is now open, but with restrictions.

Amid ongoing concerns about the Coronavirus COVID-19, SRI Federal Credit Union is closely monitoring the latest reports from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and has taken a number of precautionary measures for the health and safety of our members and employees.

One of the steps continues to be limiting the in-person access to the branch. As of Tuesday, June 15th the Credit Union lobby will reopen. The lobby hours will remain from 10 am to 3 pm Monday through Friday. We still recommend appointments but will allow a maximum of two members in at any one time. Face masks are required for all members.

At this time we encourage you to access your account from home 24/7 using SRIFCU Online Banking or the SRIFCU Mobile App to view transactions, check balances, make payments, and more. We've made a number of enhancements that make it easier than ever to manage your account digitally. To ensure your safety and the safety of our employees during the COVID-19 crisis, we are practicing social distancing in our branch office. To protect our members and staff we are recommending appointments for anyone who needs in-person assistance. Please call 1-650-800-5434 or click here to make an appointment (Monday - Friday from 10 am - 3 pm). If you are sick, please do NOT come in.

Before coming into the branch please read our COVID-19 Questionnaire by clicking here.
