That's why in the event of a government shutdown we're offering our Government Shutdown Assistance Loan to provide our valued members with the support they need. With a loan limit based on net pay, members can access up to $10,000 to help bridge the gap during these uncertain times. The loan comes with an 18-month term and a competitive interest rate of just 4.99% APR*. Plus, ZERO interest will be charged for those who are able to pay off the loan in full within 60 days of their return to work date. To qualify for this program, you must be a government employee and a current member of the SRI Federal Credit Union.
